Morton L. Certilman, Esq.
A Principal in Den Ventures, Mr. Certilman is the founding partner of Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP (www.certilmanbalin.com) the second largest full-service law firm in Long Island, New York.
Throughout his career, Mr. Certilman has been associated with multiple start-up and established private and public companies including medical research and product companies, technology development, retail, franchising and manufacturing companies. In addition, he has operated as Principal for several private technology funds, real estate developments and government procurement companies.
A resident and an advocate of responsible growth for Long Island, Mr. Certilman serves as Chairman of the Long Island Regional Planning Board, Director of the Long Island Sports Commission, and Director of the New Long Island Partnership. He recently accepted the chairmanship of both the Northrop Grumman Master Planning Council and the Nassau Coliseum Privatization Committee. He also serves as a Director for the Long Island Museum of Science and Technology. He has lectured and served on the faculties of the University of Miami, New York University and Hofstra University.
